Dave (owner) returned my initial call for services promptly and let me know he was booked for the next two weeks but would get back to me if he could do it sooner. He called on the following Saturday morning and said he could come out that day if I was available. Dave showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and replaced the pump and solved other problems caused by the prior installer. I watched while Dave worked, and he was very experienced, knowledgeable and thorough in his work. I would definitely use D&K Services again.
